All proceeds from the event will support ourÌýLife & Career Studies (LCS) program, which offers a full college experience for young adults (ages 18-25) with intellectual disabilities. LCS empowers students by providing access to academics, employment opportunities, independent living skills, and community engagement—ensuring they experience college life alongside their peers.Ìý
In Memoriam: Professor Ron Haas
Beloved faculty member of 35 years, Dr. Ron Haas left a lasting legacy at Lakeland. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 24 at 11 a.m. in the Ley chapel on main campus, with a luncheon to follow at 12:30 p.m.Ìý
