A panel of several Lakeland students with diverse sexual orientations and gender identities will answer predetermined questions based on the categories of gender and sexuality, coming out, community and belonging, representation and discrimination, and the joy of being queer. Individuals from the audience will also have a chance to write down questions and anonymously have them presented to the panel to be answered. Karin Miofsky, professor of criminal justice and Alphabet Soup advisor, will serve as moderator.
