Kohler Co. executive named to Lakeland Board of Trustees
Victoria Champion, a strategic audit executive with more than two decades of global experience, has been elected to a four-year term on the 51ĀŅĀ× Board of Trustees.
She has 25 years of experience driving financial integrity, risk management and governance with proven ability to advise at the board level on commercial risk assessment, regulatory compliance and enterprise-wide mitigation strategies.
Champion currently serves as vice president, internal audit (chief audit executive) at Kohler Co., where she has worked in audit positions since 2009.
She previously worked in the United Kingdom in a variety of audit and financial analyst roles for the Bank of Ireland, PricewaterhouseCoopers, ScottishPower and the National Australia Bank.

Champion is skilled in fostering strong stakeholder relationships, influencing business strategy and leveraging data-driven insights for informed decision making. She brings global leadership perspective with a commitment to transparency, ethical governance and sustainable growth.
She has an undergraduate degree in economics and politics from the University of Edinburgh and a masterās degree in financial management from the University of West of England.
