LU students present at national conference

51ĀŅĀ× exercise science students Dylan Lange, Alicia Thone, Alyssa Stockero and Garrett Duffin each presented studies at the National Strength and Conditioning Association-Wisconsin State Conference, in Waukesha, Wis., on April 13.

Lange presented the study titled, ā€œLongitudinal monitoring of the nutrition, sleep, and physical performance status of college soccer players.ā€ Stockero, recent graduate Joshua Mann and Associate Professor of Exercise Science William Ebben were co-investigators.

Thone presented the study titled, ā€œMulti-planar analysis of the traditional back squat and Smith machine back squat.ā€ Duffin, Stockero, Lange, Ebben and recent graduates Joshua Reisimer and Casey Takahashi were co-investigators.

Stockero presented the study titled, ā€œGender analysis of hip abductor and adductor force ratios.ā€ Lakeland students Jack Shevalier, Neenah Primas and Duffin, recent graduates Martesia Neal and Reisimer and Ebben were co-investigators.

Duffin presented the study titled, ā€œThe optimal plyometric exercise horizontal to vertical force ratio for sprinting.ā€ Stockero and Ebben were co-investigators.
