Lakeland grad named Trustee Emeritus
The 51ĀŅĀ× Board of Trustees recently named retiring member Bob Loffredo ā70 Trustee Emeritus, honoring his decades of service to the institution.
Loffredo has donated his time, talent and resources to Lakeland in a variety of ways. He served as a trustee for more than a decade, has been a fixture at the annual Blasterās Golf Tournament and provided valuable counsel and support to various Lakeland employees.
He was inducted into the Lakeland Athletic Hall of Fame in 1982 in recognition of his accomplishments as a Lakeland football player.

Loffredo retired from a 40-plus-year career with Snap-on Tools where he rose from sales rep to vice president for U.S. industrial sales. After receiving his bachelorās degree at Lakeland, he completed a master's in education administration from the University of Illinois then taught, was an assistant elementary principal and a football coach in Kewaunee, Ill.
He is married to the former Carole McKinney ā69 and they live in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.
